Our Story

Level Up Athletics was born from the belief that in the middle of everything life asks of us, we still deserve to make time for ourselves.

As a nurse, a mom of two boys, and someone who understands what it means to have a full schedule, I know how easy it is to put yourself at the bottom of the list. For me, fitness became more than a workout. It became time I intentionally carved out for myself. A chance to feel strong, confident, and like me again.

That lifestyle inspired Level Up Athletics.

Born from our parent company, Level Up Health & Wellness, our brand is an extension of a bigger mission: helping people feel confident, strong, and empowered as they work toward becoming the best version of themselves. Level Up Athletics brings that philosophy into what you wear.

We design elevated activewear for women whose lives don’t stop when their workout ends. Pieces that perform in the gym but feel polished enough for school drop-off, coffee runs, errands, travel, and everything in between.
